If you are unsure where to seek advice, please consult the "Welfare and Living Comprehensive Consultation Center." Specialized counselors will assist you. First, please share your concerns with us.
Consultation support staff will listen to your concerns and think together with you about "what can be done," "where to start," and "what kind of support and systems are available," providing assistance towards an independent life.
For consultations that are difficult to discuss, we provide private rooms. Additionally, if it is difficult to visit the office due to physical or mental conditions, we also offer home consultations.

Employment Preparation Support

We provide support for those who feel it is difficult to work, those who do not know what job is suitable for them, and those who do not know how to conduct a job search. We will listen to your work preferences and create individual programs tailored to each person's situation.

I have not worked for a long time, so I do not know what I can do and I lack confidence in working. Having a disability and unable to maintain a job for long	Please consult with us first. We will create individual support programs tailored to each person's situation.
I want to improve my skills before starting my job search, but I'm struggling because there is no place to learn the basics. I can't say that I can't use a computer anymore, and it's troubling me.	You will practice basic computer operations, typing, and utilizing the internet.
I lack confidence and can't take a step forward	We will engage in reframing and brain training to set behavioral goals.
Feeling anxious about talking to people and communication Unable to convey my thoughts effectively	We will practice communication, such as organizing thoughts before listening and speaking with the support staff.
I don't know what job suits me I do not know how to create documents such as resumes	We will create a roadmap for setting goals and until employment. Career consultants will provide vocational assessments and guidance on document preparation.
I want to engage in activities for employment, but I have concerns about my health.	We provide support for accompanying visits to medical institutions for job hunting activities.
There is someone in the family who is struggling because they cannot work. I am worried that my family is in a state of social withdrawal.	If it is difficult to consult with the parties involved, we also accept consultations from family members.

Household Budget Improvement Support

We offer individual consultations regarding financial concerns such as living expenses, debts and arrears, loans, and future anxieties.
We will inquire about your living situation and debt amount, and propose a reliable solution tailored to each individual's life plan.

Unable to pay necessary money such as Medical Expenses and nursing care costs I have concerns about money and the future	We will analyze the causes of your household budget deficit and provide advice. Organize your household finances and create a household budget and cash flow statement.
I want to resolve debts and tax arrears	We will guide you to legal consultations with lawyers and accompany you if necessary.
I want to move because the rent of my current house is high. I have fallen behind on my rent	We provide advice on moving to low-rent housing and searching for a home. We will assist you with necessary procedures such as public housing.
Struggling with organizing mail and documents I do not understand the procedures for receiving my Pension and have not been able to receive it.	We will help you organize your mail and other items We will assist you with procedures such as pension applications.

Housing Security Benefit Payment

The Housing Security Benefit is a grant aimed at securing housing for those who have lost their residence due to job loss or a significant decrease in household income, or those who are at high risk of losing their residence.

1. For those whose income has decreased due to job loss or leave and are struggling to pay rent, we provide an amount equivalent to the rent on the condition of engaging in activities aimed at finding employment.
2. We provide moving expense assistance to people whose income has significantly decreased and who need to improve their household finances by relocating to lower-rent housing.

This is intended for those who meet certain requirements. There is also a maximum payment limit.
