Personal Record Notebook Support Book Inagi "Powar"

"Powaru" is a service that allows individuals who have developmental difficulties and require personalized support to compile and manage medical information, notebook acquisition, diagnosis, physical condition, and welfare service usage status all in one file.
When interacting with hospitals, health centers, various administrative and consultation agencies, and local clubs and organizations, the burden of "having to explain the same thing repeatedly..." can be reduced.
At each institution, the individual records and fills out considerations they have noticed or experienced, with the help of the institution's staff, and files these documents. By having the next supporter review the filed forms and materials, support can be continued across life stages, sharing the necessary information at each stage.
