We provide emergency power supply device costs to home ventilator users who face a direct life-threatening risk due to power outages during disasters.
If you wish, please contact the Disability Welfare Division in advance.

Eligible Individuals

Residents of the city who meet all of the following criteria

  • Individuals who use a ventilator at home every day
  • Individuals who have developed a personal plan for disaster situations for home ventilator users
  • Those who are not eligible for subsidies for home generators and storage batteries under other public systems
  • Those who do not have a generator or storage battery

Note: If you wish to develop an individual plan for disaster situations for home ventilator users, please consult the Disability Welfare Division.

Note: Those who have already received a subsidy for emergency power supply equipment costs under this program are not eligible for a second subsidy.

  • Note: Any amount exceeding the standard amount will be fully borne by the applicant.
