The procedure for updating group registration will begin.

For groups that registered by March 16, 2026, the registration expiration date is June 30, 2026, so we will start accepting group registration renewal procedures from April 2026.

A notification of the procedure will be mailed to the representatives of each group, so please check the contents and complete the procedure by the deadline.

Schedule

1 Sending of Required Documents for Renewal

 At the end of March, we will send the "Application Form" and "Member List" with the registered information printed.

2 Procedure Method

 From this renewal onward, the procedure differs depending on whether there are "changes" or "no changes" to the already registered information.

 [No changes to registered information] The procedure is complete by responding through the logo form.

 [Changes to registered information] Please correct the changed sections in the documents we sent and submit them by mail or in person to the Education General Affairs Division.

3 Start of Acceptance Period

 April 1, 2026

4 Notification of Registration Completion

 Processing is divided by reception period. Once registration is complete, a notification will be sent to the email address registered in the Public Facilities Reservation System.

 First Period: Reception from April 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026… Notification scheduled by the end of May

 Second Period: Applications accepted from May 1, 2026 to May 29, 2026… Notification scheduled for the end of June

Note: Submissions made after June 2026 will be processed as they come in, so please be aware that you may not meet the deadline for the lottery reservation starting July 1 (for August). Also, approval review will begin only after all documents are complete. (If any documents are missing, processing cannot proceed.)

5 Other

 Please be sure to register your email address in the Public Facilities reservation system.

 Please note that if you have not registered, you will not be able to proceed with the update procedure.

Changes to group information are accepted at any time.

If there are any changes to the group information after the renewal procedure, we accept the "Change Procedure".

In that case, please submit the "Application for Approval of Change or Withdrawal of Registration for Use of Inagi City Public Schools Athletic Facilities by Groups" and the "Group Member List (for changes)".

Note: Changes to email addresses can be made through the Public Facilities reservation system, so please handle this within each organization.

1. Points to Note

If a new member is ahigh school student or older, a copy of their identification is required.

・If a new member is already a member of another organization in the 「same sport」, they cannot become a member of this organization. Please confirm their membership status with other organizations before proceeding with the application. If duplicate membership is confirmed after the application, we will contact the representative.
