The Inagi City Board of Education is promoting work style reform for teachers in Inagi City Public Schools.
In March 2025, the "Third Work Style Reform Implementation Plan for Inagi City Public Schools" was formulated, and based on this plan, work style reform for teachers is being carried out.
This plan positions the "work style reform" in Inagi City Public Schools not merely as an effort to reduce tasks or shorten working hours, but as an initiative aimed at realizing the well-being of all people involved in education, including teachers, children, and the community.

Achievement of "Inagi's Education that Nurtures Future Creators"

We will further advance initiatives to ensure that teachers can spend their days with fulfilling work styles, securing time to engage with children and prepare lessons.
We kindly ask Parents or Guardians and community members for their understanding and collaboration regarding work style reform for the sake of the children who will lead the next generation.
