We offer consultations for young people aged 18 and over, as well as their families, who are dealing with vague worries such as interpersonal relationships, work-related issues, and general anxiety. Please feel free to reach out with any concerns.

Consultation Method

Telephone Consultation

We strictly maintain confidentiality regarding your consultation details.
Consultations are free of charge. However, any call charges incurred will be borne by the person seeking consultation.

Email Consultation

Only email consultations require membership registration. After registering, you can log in with your own password and consult using the dedicated form.
Consultations are available 24 hours a day.
Consultations are free of charge. However, any communication fees incurred during use will be borne by the user.
We usually respond within 3 to 7 days, but depending on the nature of your inquiry and the current volume of requests, it may take about 10 days to receive a reply.
The information you provide will not be used for purposes other than consultation.
We will send a response via email from "WakaNavi α", so please add the domain "wakanavi-tokyo.net" to your allowed list before using the service.

LINE Consultation

LINE consultation requires friend registration. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government's official "Consultation Hot LINE@Tokyo" youth comprehensive consultation serves as the gateway to Waka Navi α.
If your place of residence is outside Tokyo, please contact the consultation desk of your prefecture or municipality.
During busy times or outside reception hours, if consultation is not possible, guidance will be provided via an automated response.

Interview Consultation

During phone or email consultations, based on requests from the individual or their family, or the judgment of the counselor, we will guide you to an in-person consultation.
We will listen to your detailed situation, organize the issues, and work together to find support organizations that suit the needs of the person seeking consultation.
Consultations at the office are by appointment only (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays).
When making a reservation, we will confirm your real name, age, address (up to ward, city, or town), and phone number.
The consultation room is located in Shinjuku. Details will be provided when making a reservation.
If necessary, we can introduce support organizations suitable for the consultee, and a counselor from "Waka Navi α" can also accompany you to the support organization.
Consultations are free of charge. Transportation costs and other expenses incurred when visiting the office are the responsibility of the person seeking consultation.
