Article Publication in Lifelong Learning Newsletter 'Hiroba'
Articles about events and member recruitment by citizen activity groups can be published in the Lifelong Learning newsletter "Hiroba".
Please check the following for the requirements and application methods for organizations that can be listed.
1. About the Requirements
The organizations that can publish articles about membership recruitment and events are as follows.
- Social education related organizations with Community Center user registration
- Social education related organizations with user registration for sports facilities
- Social education organizations with a school facility usage permit
- Social education organizations with group registration for school sports facilities
- Social education related organizations with user registration for cultural facilities
- Social education organizations with user registration for SHIROYAMA EXPERIENCE STUDY INSTITUE
- Social education organizations that operate in public facilities or similar facilities located within the area of Inagi City, which have submitted a membership list, bylaws, financial documents, and other documents designated by the Director of Education.
- Specified Nonprofit Organization that has an office in the city and conducts Social Education activities in the city (limited to articles about events)
- Educational institutions located in the city and related PTA organizations (limited to event articles)
- Social education organizations that host projects supported by the Inagi City Board of Education (limited to articles about events held within the city)
2. About Publication Application
Social education-related organizations corresponding to items 1 to 6 above
Please apply at the following locations where user registration or group registration is available.

- Education General Affairs Division (City Hall 6th Floor)

Social education-related organizations corresponding to items 7 to 10 above
Please apply to the Lifelong Learning Division.
Please submit the manuscript along with the membership list, regulations, financial statements, general meeting materials, and other related documents.
3. Manuscript Submission Deadline
The manuscript deadline is the 10th of the month prior to the desired publication month (for the January 15 issue, the deadline is December 5).
4. About Manuscript Preparation
Please use the designated manuscript paper.
Manuscript paper is available at City Hall, each Cultural Center, and the SHIROYAMA EXPERIENCE STUDY INSTITUE.
You can also download from the following.
Please prepare the manuscript with the following points in mind.
- The title must be within 20 characters.
- Please include the day of the week by the deadline.
- Please use the notation for AM and PM.
- Symbols cannot be used.
- You can list one of the following in the contact information: phone number, fax, or email address. Please also include furigana for the name.
- Due to space constraints, some parts of the manuscript may be edited out.
- If there are many requested manuscripts, publication may be delayed until the following month or later.
- After the manuscript is submitted, there may be cases where the results of the review cannot be published. (Submitting a manuscript does not guarantee publication.)
