Designated Collection Bag System (Paid)
The designated collection bag system (paid system) started on October 1, 2004. This system requires citizens to purchase the designated collection bags from the city and use those bags to dispose of their waste. It is implemented to reduce waste, ensure fair burden sharing, reduce processing costs, and improve citizens' awareness of waste issues.
