About the Toy Hospital Event

As part of the "5R+1" initiative being promoted by the city, we will repair broken toys as aReuse (reuse) project.
Please come with your child, as we will ask about their symptoms and condition at the reception.
We will repair broken toys, up to 2 items per group, free of charge.
(Dangerous items such as model guns, items for which compliance with laws and regulations cannot be confirmed, and items that were broken from the start due to second-hand purchases are excluded.)
Please bring any instruction manuals or original boxes with you to assist in your treatment.

(Note)Please make your own decision regarding mask wearing on the day.

(Note) Depending on the symptoms of the toy, it may take a long time to treat.

Date & Time

From 10 AM to around noon on Saturday, February 15
(Note) Reservations are required. Please bring the reserved toy and come to the clinic with your child during the specified reception time.

Eligibility

Residents of the city (Please have a Parent or Guardian accompany those under elementary school age)

Capacity

10 groups (time specified)

  • (Note) If there are many applications, a lottery will be held, and we will contact you with the results and reception time.
  • (Note) There are no available slots for walk-ins. Even if there are cancellations on the day, we will not accept new appointments.

Cost

Free (if parts replacement is necessary, actual costs will be incurred)

By 8:30 AM on February 7 (Friday)

How to Apply

Please proceed to the reservation form using the URL below or the QR code, and fill in the required information.
After the application deadline, we will contact those who will participate regarding the reception time and details for the day via email or phone. At that time, a response deadline will be set, so please be sure to respond regarding your participation.

We are recruiting medical staff (volunteers) for the Toy Hospital.
Visits on the day are also possible. For details, the volunteer organization will provide an explanation, so please feel free to contact us.
