Fire Brigade Activities

In Inagi, the town we live in, the forms of disasters have been becoming more complex and large-scale due to recent changes in the living environment. In this context, the activities of the "firefighting team," which is the most accessible disaster prevention organization in the community alongside the fire department, are becoming increasingly important.
Firefighters, while holding jobs, engage in a wide range of activities as local disaster prevention leaders under the sense of mission to "protect our town from disasters." In particular, strengthening local disaster prevention capabilities, including community interaction, as a fire organization closely connected to the community is essential for realizing a disaster-resilient Community Development.
