Target Organization
Neighborhood Associations located in Tokyo
Target Business
An initiative (event, activity, etc.) organized by the town council or Neighborhood Association, aimed at solving local issues through the participation and utilization of many local residents, to be implemented and completed between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
Note: Projects deemed not to align with the purpose of the grant may be excluded.

Intergenerational exchange events, summer festivals, bon odori, sports day, and membership promotion projects through the creation and utilization of pamphlets
B Initiatives that lead to the promotion of specific measures undertaken by Tokyo Metropolitan Government

Disaster prevention training, training using disaster prevention manuals, creation of disaster prevention maps, energy-saving workshops and lectures - B-2 Child and Youth Development Support
Events involving children in planning and management, job experience programs, nature experience classes, children's traffic safety classes - B-3 Monitoring Activities for Older Adults
Monitoring of Older Adults, monitoring of children during school commutes, Parenting exchange salon, children's cafeteria - B-4 Crime Prevention Activities
Crime Prevention Patrol, Crime Prevention Training Session - B-5 Building a Multicultural Symbiotic Society
Cross-cultural experiences, international exchange events, and training through the creation and utilization of disaster prevention manuals for foreigners
B-S Initiatives that Lead to the Promotion of Specific Measures that Tokyo Metropolitan Government Should Urgently Address

Digital Utilization Support
Distribution of neighborhood association events using online tools, smartphone and tablet usage classes, workshops using online tools such as ZOOM, safety confirmation using social media, and application usage courses for the introduction of electronic bulletin board apps.
C Efforts to solve local issues implemented jointly by multiple single neighborhood associations.
Examples of Projects
Evacuation shelter management training conducted jointly by two neighborhood associations, and a sports festival competing among five neighborhood associations
D Initiatives for solving local issues implemented by a single neighborhood association in collaboration with other regional organizations (excluding neighborhood associations and local governments).
Examples of Projects
Community exchange events in collaboration with shopping streets, evacuation drills in cooperation with Senior Welfare facilities
Target Limit Amount
- Target projects A, B... A single neighborhood association is 200,000 yen, and a district federation neighborhood association is 1,000,000 yen
- Target Project C…Single Neighborhood Association (Joint) 500,000 yen
- Target Project D... Single Neighborhood Association (Collaboration) 300,000 yen
