Payment Methods for Insurance Premiums

Please make your payment at banks, post offices, convenience stores, etc., using the payment slip sent by the Japan Pension Service (Pension Office).
If you do not have a payment slip, please contact the Fuchu Pension Office (phone 042-361-1011).
If you wish to set up automatic withdrawals from your account, please bring identification documents (My Number Card, driver's license, etc.), payment slips, basic pension number notification, or pension book, bank (savings) passbook, and account registration seal. If you wish to make payments by credit card, please bring identification documents (My Number Card, driver's license, etc.), payment slips, basic pension number notification, or pension book, and your credit card. The procedures can be carried out at the City Hall Insurance and Pension Division or the Fuchu Pension Office (while it is also possible to set up automatic withdrawals at financial institutions, please confirm in advance as they may not have the account transfer application form available).
You can also apply for direct debit electronically from the My Number Portal.

If you are making a payment using a smartphone app, please install the corresponding payment app on your smartphone or other device, and use the device's camera function to scan the barcode printed on the payment slip. For more details, please check the Japan Pension Service website.

If there are any unpaid insurance premiums from previous months, you can also make payments through the Pension Net.

• Payment without a payment slip for insurance premiums

Note: When paying the insurance premiums for the approval period of the Student Payment Special Exception, Payment Deferral, or Full or Partial Application Exemption, an application for payment is required. A payment slip for the additional payment will be sent from the Pension Office, so please make the payment using that slip. Payment cannot be deducted from your account.
