Payment Methods for Insurance Premiums
Payment by Payment Slip
Please make your payment at banks, post offices, convenience stores, etc., using the payment slip sent by the Japan Pension Service (Pension Office).
If you do not have the payment slip on hand, please contact the Fuchu Pension Office.
Payment by Direct Debit
If you wish to have automatic withdrawal from your account, please bring identification documents (such as My Number Card or driver’s license), your Basic Pension Number notification or Pension Handbook, your bank (savings) passbook, and your account seal to the Insurance and Pension Division at City Hall, the Fuchu Pension Office, or a financial institution’s counter to apply (please confirm in advance as some financial institutions may not handle account transfers).
You can also apply for account transfer electronically through the Mynaportal.
Payment by Credit Card
If you wish to pay by credit card, please bring your identification documents (such as My Number Card or driver's license), Basic Pension Number notification or Pension Handbook, and credit card, and apply at the City Hall Insurance and Pension Division or the Fuchu Pension Office.
Payment by Smartphone App
When paying with a smartphone app, install the compatible payment app on your smartphone or other device, then use the device’s camera function to scan the barcode printed on the payment slip to make the payment on the spot.
Payment Without a Payment Slip Using Nenkin Net
Even if you do not have the National Pension premium payment slip on hand, there is a system that allows you to make Pay-easy payments using internet banking, etc., through Nenkin Net.
