Regarding the Issuance of Cremation Permits

After receiving the death notification, a cremation permit will be issued.
We will ask you at the counter which crematorium you wish to use, so please come prepared with that information.

Available Procedure Dates

Open on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Note: On holidays when City Hall is open, the hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    • Outside of the above hours, services are accepted at the City Hall night duty room.
    • On holidays and when accepted at the City Hall's night duty room, only "custody" will be available.
  • Note: Notifications related to family registers are not accepted at the Branch Office.
