Taxation Certificate / Non-Taxation Certificate (Income Certificate)

The Taxation (Non-Taxation) Certificate for Municipal Resident Tax and Tokyo Metropolitan Resident Tax is a certificate that states the "amount of Municipal Resident Tax and Tokyo Metropolitan Resident Tax" calculated based on the income for one year from January 1 to December 31 of each year.
The Taxation (Non-Taxation) Certificate for fiscal year N states the tax amount, etc., based on the income from January to December of the previous year (N-1).

Since the Taxation (Non-Taxation) Certificate includes the income amount for the one-year period during which declarations or reports were made, some municipalities or guidance documents may refer to it as an "Income Certificate."
If you need an "Income Certificate" issued by the Mayor of Inagi City, please request a "Taxation (Non-Taxation) Certificate."
