FY2026 Inagi City Agricultural Fertilizer Purchase Expense Support Project

In Inagi City, in order to reduce the burden on farmers, improve agricultural management, promote urban agriculture, and preserve farmland, we will support farmers who purchase agricultural fertilizers by covering half of the purchase costs.

Eligible Recipients

  • Agricultural workers who cultivate for more than 50 days a year on farmland within the city
  • Regular members of the Tokyo South Agricultural Cooperative with an address in Inagi City, etc.

Eligible Expenses and Subsidy Rate

We will subsidize half of the agricultural fertilizer purchase expenses incurred between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026 (excluding the equivalent amount of consumption tax, with a subsidy cap of 50,000 yen).

Application Period

From December 1, 2026 to February 1, 2027

Note: Please be aware that even within the application period, the acceptance will end once the budget limit is reached.

Procedure Flow

  1. Attach receipts or sales slips for purchased agricultural fertilizer and submit the subsidy grant Application Form to the Economic Affairs Section within the above application period
  2. After screening, once you receive the grant decision notice, submit the enclosed invoice (attach a copy of your bank passbook) to the Economic Affairs Section by February 19, 2027

Frequently Asked Questions

(1) Is consumption tax also eligible for subsidy?

Consumption tax is not eligible for subsidies. Subsidized expenses are calculated excluding the amount equivalent to consumption tax.

(2) Are original receipts or sales slips required?

A copy is acceptable. However, please note that documents will not be returned.

(3) What types of fertilizers are eligible for subsidies?

Subsidy Target
Compost, Dolomite lime, Oil cake, Chicken manure, Cow manure, Nitrogen fertilizer, Wood ash, Compound fertilizer, Chemical fertilizer, Liquid fertilizer, Rice bran
Not Eligible for Subsidy
Potting Soil
