Implementation Overview
Inagi Nashinosuke digital gift certificates can be received as PayPay gift certificates worth 6,000 yen with a premium rate of 20% for purchasing a 5,000 yen gift certificate through the PayPay app.
In addition, the PayPay gift certificates received can be used at PayPay member stores in the city (with some exceptions).

About Application
The application acceptance has ended as of April 21, 2024 (Sunday).
Eligible Applicants
Residents of the city who have completed identity verification within the PayPay app
- Note: You need to verify your identity within the PayPay app before applying.
- Note: For identity verification, one of the following is required: (1) My Number Card, (2) driver's license, (3) driving history certificate.
Application Limit
Up to 10 applications per person (5,000 yen per application)
- Note: Modifications or cancellations cannot be made after the application is completed.
- Note: The purchased gift certificates that have been won cannot be bought in installments.
Election Announcement Date
Announcement of election results: Scheduled for the evening of April 25, 2024 (Thursday)
- Note: If there are many applications, a lottery will be held after the application period ends, so it may not be as desired.
- Note: The number of winning tickets will be sent sequentially to the registered email address and notifications within the PayPay app.
Purchase Period
From Thursday, April 25, 2024, to Saturday, October 19, 2024
- Note: Purchases can be made after you receive a notification at your registered email address or within the PayPay app.
- Note: The purchased gift certificates cannot be bought in installments.
Usage Period
From Thursday, April 25, 2024, to Sunday, October 20, 2024
Transactions Excluded
- Payments related to public utilities and taxes
- Purchase of highly liquid items such as gift certificates and securities
- Purchase of manufactured tobacco as stipulated in Article 2, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Tobacco Business Act
- Purchase of Winning Ticket Coupons (Lottery) etc.
- Purchase at Vending Machines
- Payment at pharmacies based on medical expenses and prescriptions
- Other items that the city deems inappropriate based on the purpose and intent of this project
If the icon for "Inagi City Gift Certificate" is not displayed in the PayPay app
If the "Inagi City Voucher" icon is not displayed, please connect to the screen via the PayPay app or QR code.

For those who have won, we are providing information on purchasing support for the "Inagi Nashinosuke Digital Gift Certificate" at the following stores.

How to Purchase and Use Digital Vouchers if You Win
Flow of Use from Purchase
- When you receive the election results email, select the 'Inagi City Gift Certificate' icon in the PayPay app.
- Check the number of winning tickets and purchase from "Pay"
There are two methods to "pay" as follows.- Charge your balance in the PayPay app and make a payment
- PayPay Card (with credit function) payment
- Use at stores that accept PayPay gift certificates
Note: The usage method is the same as the usual payment method using PayPay.
Purchase Procedure
- Select "All" in the PayPay app
- Select 'Inagi City Gift Certificate'
- Select 'Pay'
How to charge cash in the PayPay app
- Go to a Seven Bank or Lawson Bank ATM
- Select "Transaction with Smartphone" or "Smartphone Transaction" on the ATM screen
- Open the PayPay app, select 'Scan', and read the QR code displayed on the ATM.
- Enter the number displayed in the PayPay app into the ATM
- Follow the instructions to insert cash into the ATM and confirm
How to Check the Balance of Digital Vouchers
- Select "Wallet" in the PayPay app
- Select breakdown, withdrawal, or PayPay gift certificate
- Select PayPay Gift Certificate
How to Use (When Scanned at the Store)
- Launch the PayPay app
- Have the staff scan the barcode
How to Use (When Scanning by Yourself)
- Select "Scan" in the PayPay app
- Scan the store's QR code
- Enter the payment amount
- Confirm the input amount with the staff and press pay
