Eligibility

• Those with practical experience in nursing care certification surveys
• Those who have a regular driver's license or a motorized bicycle license and are not hindered in their daily driving
• Those with work experience in nursing facilities or those who possess any of the following qualifications
  • Certified Care Manager
  • Nurse
  • Public Health Nurse
  • Certified Care Worker

Compensation (Hourly Wage)

1,540 yen

  About 2 to 3 days per week on weekdays (days are negotiable)
• Working Hours
  Generally from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Job Description
  Investigation and preparation of survey forms for long-term care certification (visiting the applicant's home or hospital to assess physical and cognitive functions)
• Notes
  Separate transportation expenses and year-end bonuses will be provided (year-end bonuses are only for eligible individuals).
