Specific Business Owner Action Plan of Inagi City
Action Plan for Specific Business Operators Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children
Under the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children (Law No. 120 of 2003), national and local government agencies are required to formulate specific employer action plans as employers who hire staff, and to publicly disclose the status of their initiatives and achievements against their goals.
In response to this, Inagi City is formulating a specific business owner action plan with a term of five years to achieve a balance between employees' parenting and work, as well as participation in community parenting support.
Here, we will report on the implementation status of the Specific Business Owner Action Plan and announce the newly formulated 4th Specific Business Owner Action Plan for the fiscal years 2020 to 2024.
