On August 9, 2017, Inagi City, the Tama Central Police Station of the Metropolitan Police Department, the Fuchu-Inagi Branch of the Tokyo Real Estate Transaction Association, and the Tama South Branch of the All Japan Real Estate Association Tokyo Headquarters signed an agreement to eradicate dangerous drugs and special fraud in order to realize a safe and secure Community Development within the city.
The contents of this agreement include sharing necessary information among the four parties, strengthening the reporting system, promoting awareness activities by each association, ensuring a written pledge that buildings will not be used as bases for the sale of dangerous drugs or special fraud, and promoting the use of contracts that include termination clauses.
By concluding this agreement, we expect to clarify each party's roles and strengthen cooperation, thereby promoting the eradication of damage caused by dangerous drugs and special fraud.
