Application for Use

For application requests, please refer to the usage guide for the Public Facilities reservation system (Sports Facilities).
Note: Applications from residents, workers, or students within the city who have not registered for use can be made from the 1st day of the month one month prior to the usage month. Applications from those outside the city can be made from the 21st day of the month one month prior to the usage month. In both cases, the application window is only at the Comprehensive Gymnasium reception. (Residents, workers, and students within the city, please bring identification, etc.)
