Overview

This is a Sound Youth Development facility where you can enjoy Outdoor Activities and recreation while fully experiencing the nature of Inagi. Admission is free.

User Guide

Eligible Users

General Public Access (Saturday, Sunday, Holidays)

Anyone, whether from inside or outside the city (advance application is required for groups of 10 or more)
Note: General access may be canceled due to bad weather, maintenance work, Sound Youth Development activities, etc. Please check the general access announcements for details on open days.

Group Open (Weekdays)

Schools, Nursery Schools, Kindergartens, etc. in the city

Open Schools and District Committees in the City (July to November)

Treasure Box of the Forest (10 times a year)

We engage in traditional games, woodworking, and storytelling. In traditional games, you can play with marbles, hand balls, spinning tops, and beyblades. In woodworking, we create various items using branches, pine cones, and acorns. Please enjoy it with your family. Everyone is welcome to participate.

Parent-Child Camp (August)

Families with children in junior high school or younger living in the city can experience camping at Inagi Fureai Forest. Please enjoy a special time inside the tents set up at Inagi Fureai Forest.
On the day, a campfire will also be held by the Inagi City Youth Workers. Applications will be accepted separately. (Limited to 15 families)

Charcoal Burning Experience (November)

Once a year, we hold a charcoal-making experience near the campfire site. Wood is placed in the charcoal kiln and is taken out as charcoal after one year. On the day of the event, you can take home the charcoal that was made a year ago for free. Please feel free to take as much as you like. Everyone is welcome to participate.

Prohibited Items (Common)

Entering with motorcycles or mountain bikes, karaoke, radio-controlled devices, air guns, picking wild plants, insect catching, bringing pets, setting up tents, tarps, or hammocks, fireworks, smoking, bringing in or consuming alcoholic beverages, using large telephoto lenses or tripods for photography, and other acts that cause inconvenience to others
