Maternity Class

In Inagi City, we are holding maternity classes for mothers welcoming their first baby.
This is a class to learn basic knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth, and caring for babies.

There is a parking lot on the premises, but if it is full, please use the nearby paid parking facilities.

Eligibility

Pregnant women who are giving birth for the first time and reside in the city
Those under 37 weeks at the time of the classroom event
Note: Partners are also welcome to participate.

Contents

It is one course over two days, but participation for just one day is also possible. You can also apply for the days you cannot participate in another month.
Day 1

• Discussion on Nutrition and Diet During Pregnancy
• Dental Information You Should Know Because You Are Pregnant
• Changes in a mother's physical and mental state, the course of childbirth, and breast care

Day 2

• Stories about life with a baby
• Tips for a More Relaxed Mindset
• How to Take a Bath
• Information on play areas and available services in the city

12 people per session (first come, first served)

Maternal and Child Health Handbook
Writing utensils
Beverages (for those who need them)

Note: On the day of the event, seating will be on folding chairs. If you are concerned about sitting for long periods, please bring a cushion or a seat pad as needed.

If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from participating.

Due to limited capacity at the venue, we will have to decline entry for those who arrive without a reservation.
