We provide individual consultations by midwives, registered dietitians, and Public Health Nurses for pregnant and postpartum women, and Infants and Young Children.
Please use this as an opportunity to check your child's growth.

Note) Please apply from the 20th of the month prior to the desired consultation month (the next business day if it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday) until two days before. (First-come, first-served reservation system)

Belongings

• Maternal and Child Health Handbook
• Change of diapers (We will change into a dry diaper for body measurements)
• Bath towel
