Please complete the registration cancellation (decommissioning) procedures at the Taxation Division, Municipal Resident Tax Section.
If you do not complete the procedure for scrapping your vehicle, you will be taxed for the light vehicle tax every year. Additionally, please be aware that the taxed light vehicle tax may not be canceled if the police report has not been properly filed.
