On the first day of the Regular Session (held four times a year), an explanation of the reasons for the proposal of the agenda items will be provided.
The submitted proposal will, in principle, be referred to the committee for detailed examination. The progress and results of the examination in the committee will then be reported in the general meeting, followed by discussions for and against, and a vote will be conducted.
In addition, general questions that clarify the mayor's thoughts on overall city administration, as well as representative questions (questions regarding the mayor's policy statement or administrative policy) that will be held during the March Regular Session, will take place in the first half of the session.
