FY2024 Health Checkup for the Uninsured

Eligible Individuals

For those who will turn 40 or older during FY2024 and who are not insured as of April 1, 2024, the Health Center will send a free health checkup examination ticket.
For health insurance subscribers, please contact your insurer (the issuer of your Health Insurance Card).
