PrintPrint in large text

This is a simplified representation of the implementation status using publicly available data held by the Long-Term Care Insurance insurer, developed by the Policy Research Group for Creating Community-Based Care in Large Cities.
By creating this sheet for several years, the insurer will enable time series analysis.
It is also possible to conduct inter-regional analysis by comparing with sheets from other insurers.

What can be analyzed with the "Insurer Sheet"

(1) The balance between the condition of older adults requiring care and services

The characteristics and challenges of the relevant insurer become clear due to the balance between the need for long-term care and insurance benefits, as well as the relationship with insurance finances.

(2) Sustainable System Management

The status of policy effectiveness can be understood from the outlook of insurance premiums, the status of the fund, and the relationship with the structure of insurance benefits.
The potential of community strength surrounding Long-Term Care Insurance can be understood from the indicators of the working generation and the community.

(3) Effective Development of Community Support Projects

The effectiveness of community support projects (community care meetings, comprehensive projects, home medical care and nursing collaboration, and comprehensive dementia measures) will become clear.

(4) End-of-Life Care

By creating a radar chart of home medical care-related indicators per resident (aged 65 and over), we can understand the state of end-of-life care support in the community.
From these and the situations of home deaths and facility deaths, the state of home medical care and end-of-life support in the community becomes clear.
