With the decrease in the working-age population due to declining birth rates and an aging population, and the diversification of the needs of workers, it is important to create a workplace environment that allows for the balance of childcare, nursing care, medical treatment, and infertility treatment with work.
In addition, with the trend of later marriages and later childbirths, the existence of households that must simultaneously engage in Parenting and caregiving (double care) has also been pointed out, with an estimated 250,000 people facing this situation nationwide.
This portal site provides various information useful for balancing home and work, including case studies, experiences, and columns for business operators, HR personnel, and those who are working. Additionally, we introduce the city's initiatives related to support for balancing work and family, so please make use of it.
