Notice of Qualification Confirmation (Mass Update)

Qualification confirmation documents usable from August 1, 2025, have been sent to all insured persons under the Late-Stage Elderly Medical Care Insurance. For those who have received the issuance of the Maximum Amount Application Certificate or the Maximum Amount Application and Standard Burden Reduction Certificate and are still eligible after August, a qualification confirmation document indicating the limit category has been sent.

Please note that the qualification confirmation document is issued to all Late-Stage Elderly Medical Care insured persons regardless of whether they possess a My Number Health Insurance Card.
This grant will continue until the end of July, 2026.

About the Qualification Confirmation Document

Even if you do not have a My Health Insurance Card, you can receive insured medical treatment by presenting a qualification confirmation document at medical institutions, just like with the previous Health Insurance Card.
