Note: For those who have a Physical Disability Certificate, use of the Keio Retnade Inagi parking lot (Keio Coin Park Inagi) will be free of charge.

Note: Bicycle parking is available at Keio Retnade Inagi. It is free for 1 hour.

We will continue to perform "updating and issuing electronic certificates" and "resetting the PIN for the My Number Card (unlocking)".

Note: Procedures conducted simultaneously with address changes such as moving in or relocating will continue to be handled.

(3) Resetting (Unlocking) and Changing PIN for My Number Card [Online Reservation Available]

　Resetting… When you forget the PIN set on your My Number Card or when the PIN verification fails more than the allowed number of times and the card becomes locked, this procedure initializes the PIN and allows you to set a new one.

(4) Changes to the Information on the My Number Card (Address or Name Changes) [Online Reservation Available]

When there is a change in address or name, the updated information will be recorded on the card.

This is handled simultaneously with procedures for address changes such as moving in or relocating, and family register procedures. If the change cannot be made during the procedure, it will be handled at the My Number Card Center.
