We will send commemorative gifts for Older Adults awards
To celebrate longevity, the city will send commemorative gifts (catalog gifts) to eligible individuals.
The eligible individuals are residents of the city who, as of September 15, are the oldest men and women, 100 years old (note), and 88 years old.
It is scheduled to be delivered from mid-September to mid-October through members of the Senior Employment Center.
Note: For those who are 100 years old, in the fiscal year 2024, commemorative gifts were sent in their birth month. However, starting from the fiscal year 2025, as part of the Elderly Welfare Week project, commemorative gifts will be given to those who turn 100 between April 1, 2025, and September 15, 2025.
