From December 2025 usage, the Public Facilities Reservation System (School Gymnasium Facilities) will be renewed
From December 2025 usage, the public facilities reservation system you are currently using will be migrated to a new system.

Regarding the Sending of IDs and Temporary Passwords for the New System
At the start of using the new system, the Education General Affairs Division will send the "ID" and "temporary password" for the new system by mail to the representatives of registered organizations by the end of October.
For lottery applications for December usage (from November 1), please use the new system.
Please note that reservations for November usage will be made using the current system.
