In Fiscal Year 2024, we were able to engage in activities similar to those before the COVID-19 pandemic. Since Fiscal Year 2023, we had been able to operate without COVID restrictions, but due to my exams, I was able to participate in activities without restrictions for the first time as a worker. Throughout the year, I reminisced about my junior days and felt nostalgic. As a planner, I took on the role of compiling information for the first time and played a leadership role within the team. At first, I was completely unsure of what a planner does. I struggled with how to summarize discussions during planning meetings, whether it was the leader's job to summarize, and what else needed to be done. However, thanks to the support of my seniors, I managed to get through the year. It became a year where I truly realized the challenges of being a leader who summarizes discussions.

As a reflection, by prioritizing summarizing discussions and listening to the team members, I ended up not expressing my own opinions while respecting others' views. Therefore, I would like to connect my experiences and reflections to my future skill development. Furthermore, in the 7th year of Reiwa, I have been given the opportunity to lead the summary. I will think more about everyone in the team and work together, helping each other as a team.

In the 6th year of Reiwa, due to the balance with my studies, I was unable to participate much in seminars. Particularly, activities with the children began with our first meeting in August, which involved an overnight stay, and I was quite worried about it. However, those worries turned out to be unfounded. We were able to bond on the first day. Here, I was able to reaffirm the importance of first impressions and how to interact during our first meeting, and I would like to build on that for the future.

It was also a year where I could feel the changes in the system. My responsibilities have gradually increased, and until now, I have been "participating" in seminars and meetings, but from now on, I will be creating and organizing seminars and meetings. I felt it was time to take a big step forward from the stage I am currently on. It is still challenging to summarize discussions, and I am progressing while experimenting and learning. I believe that by gaining experience in this setting, I will be able to demonstrate my abilities in similar opportunities elsewhere. I will continue to grow day by day, so I would appreciate your warm support moving forward.
