Application

  • Please apply using the designated Application Form from 3 months to 4 days before the date of use.
  • The reception will be in the order of application. However, there may be prior reservations for public use and other purposes.

Reception

  • After making a reservation through the Inagi City Public Facilities Reservation System, please pay the usage fee at the Community Promotion Plaza 1st floor counter.
  • You can check the availability status through the Inagi City Public Facilities Reservation System.

Usage Time

  • From 9 AM to 10 PM (excluding closed days: the second Tuesday of every month and year-end/New Year holidays)
  • Lending is done in one-hour increments.
  • The time required for preparation and cleanup is included in the usage time.

About the Revision of Usage Fees

From April 1, 2020, we revised various usage fees and charges from the perspective of achieving (1) sustainable administrative operations, (2) appropriate burden sharing between users and non-users, and (3) responding to the increase in the consumption tax rate.
We ask for the understanding and cooperation of all citizens.

  • The meeting rooms can be used together. In that case, the usage fee will be combined.
  • If all meeting rooms are connected, it can accommodate up to 140 people with just chairs.
  • If the number of users planned does not exceed half of those residing, working, or studying in the city, the usage fee will be doubled.
  • If you are using temporary childcare, you can use the kids' room on the first floor, so please apply in advance (free of charge).

Restrictions and Precautions

  • Due to the specifications of the conference room, loud noises and actions that cause vibrations are not allowed.
  • Sales of goods, religious activities, and political activities are prohibited.
  • The time required for preparation and cleanup is also included in the usage time.
  • Please take all the garbage you produce with you.
  • There are no computer rentals available. Please bring your own.
  • You cannot transfer or lend your rights of use to others.
  • Please follow the instructions of the staff when using. If you do not follow the instructions, your approval may be revoked.

When Canceling Use

  • If you wish to cancel the use after approval, please contact us by phone promptly and submit the notification form.
  • If there is a valid reason, the full amount will be refunded up to 10 days before the usage date, and 50% will be refunded up to 4 days before.
