Loan of AED

Inagi Fire Station lends AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) free of charge for festivals and sports events where citizens gather, in case of emergencies.

Eligibility

Organizations within the city that can secure individuals who have completed training as a doctor, emergency medical technician, or at least a basic life-saving course

Application

Please apply using one of the following methods.

• Download the Application Form and bring it to the Inagi Fire Station or send it by mail.
• Download the Application Form, fill in the required information, attach the Application Form to an email and send it to shoukeibou@city.inagi.lg.jp (Inagi City Fire Department Inagi Fire Station Fire Suppression Division email address).
• Apply using the input form from the QR code and external link below.

In any case, confirming availability for your desired date by phone before applying will help the process proceed smoothly.
When borrowing, we will provide you with a usage report, so please return it along with the usage report at the time of return.

Note: It is recommended to use plain paper for printing, and the print sizes are A4 and B5.
