As of January 5, 2009, the seal registration certificate has been changed in format. If you have not yet exchanged for the new seal registration certificate, we kindly ask you to come and complete the procedure as soon as possible.

Required Items for Procedures

Please bring your seal registration certificate (card).
Note: A registered seal is not required, but for identity verification of the seal registrant, please fill in your name, address, and date of birth on the "Exchange Application Form."

If the agent comes to complete the exchange procedure

Please bring your registered seal registration certificate (card).
Note: For identity verification of the seal registration holder, please fill in the registrant's name, address, date of birth, and the agent's name and address on the "Exchange Application Form."

Available Procedure Dates

Open on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Note: On holidays when the office is open, the hours are from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Notice: The City Hall is the only place open on holidays.
