Inagi City Business Startup Support Project Plan

The city has strengthened Business Startup support and, to promote startups within the city, has formulated the Inagi City Business Startup Support Project Plan in collaboration with the Sawayaka Shinkin Bank and Mizuho Bank of the Mizuho Financial Group, with which it has concluded a comprehensive agreement on support for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as the Inagi City Commerce and Industry Association. This plan was certified by the national government on December 26, 2018.
Through this plan, we will further strengthen the collaboration system related to Business Startup support with Sawayaka Shinkin Bank, Mizuho Bank, Kiraboshi Bank, and the Inagi City Commerce and Industry Association, aiming for 34 Business Startups annually.

What is the Business Startup Support Project Plan based on the Industrial Competitiveness Enhancement Act?

The "Industrial Competitiveness Enhancement Act," enforced on January 20, 2014, promotes regional Business Startup by having municipalities formulate "Business Startup Support Project Plans" in collaboration with private Business Startup support operators (regional financial institutions, NPOs, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Commerce and Industry Associations, etc.), which are then certified by the national government.
The "Revised Industrial Competitiveness Enhancement Act," enacted on July 9, 2018, renamed the plan to the "Business Startup Support and Other Project Plan," aiming to further improve the business opening rate. It newly includes projects that promote awareness and dissemination related to business startups (Business Startup Momentum Cultivation Projects).

For details about this system, please visit the Kanto Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry website below.
