Overview of Vacant Store Matching Support Network

For those who wish to open a restaurant in the city for the first time and utilize the "Inagi City Small and Medium-sized Business Store Opening Subsidy Project," we provide information about rental stores through the "Matching Support Network."

System Structure

We will collaborate with real estate agents who are members of the Tokyo Real Estate Transaction Association, which handles rental store properties in the city, to match them with prospective tenants.

Specific Process

1. Applicants wishing to open a store submit a request to Inagi City
2. Inagi City will inquire about the property to the members of the registered association regarding the content of the application.
3. Response to property inquiries from members of the registered association in Inagi City
4. Response to Property Inquiries for Storefront Applicants from Inagi City
5. If there is a property you wish to negotiate, the prospective store owner should contact a member of the association that handles the property and negotiate directly.
6. Specific adjustments, contracts, etc.

How to Use the Matching Support Network

If you are considering opening a food and beverage establishment in the city for the first time and would like to receive information, please make your request using one of the methods below.

1. Please fill in the required information on the "Application Form for Providing Information on Vacant Stores in Inagi City" and send it by email (keizai@city.inagi.lg.jp) or by mail to the Economic Affairs Section, Commerce and Industry Division.
   Note: For emails, please include "Vacant Store Matching Support Network Request" in the subject line.
2. Please fill in the required information from the "Application Form"

(Regardless of the existence of the relevant property, the city will respond to the requester (email address) within approximately two weeks from the request.)
