Handling of Contract Guarantees

We would like to inform you that the handling of contract guarantees in construction work and related委託 contracts ordered by Inagi City has been revised as follows.
This amendment will apply to contracts concluded on or after April 1, 2018.

Contract Guarantee Coverage

The contracts that require a contract guarantee are as follows.
[Before Change] Contracts for construction and related outsourcing with a contract amount of 10 million yen or more
[After Change] All Projects Related to Construction and Commissioning of Construction All Cases

Exemption from Contract Guarantee

For contracts related to construction or subcontracting of construction work under 10 million yen, exemption from contract guarantees is possible if the exemption criteria are met.
If you wish to apply for an exemption, please submit the Application Form.
