We have established the "Guidelines for Collaboration in Community Development," which outlines the basic direction and approach for citizens, citizen activity organizations, and the administration to work together to solve local issues.

In the future, based on this guideline, citizens, the administration, and civic activity groups will understand and respect each other's positions, and will promote Community Development in a collaborative manner with equal relationships and common goals.
