Spring Walk at Tama Service Subsidy Facility for Fiscal Year 7

Project Overview
The Tama Service Support Facility, a U.S. military recreation facility in the city, retains untouched nature since the post-war period and the remnants of the former Imperial Japanese Army's munitions factory (Tama Powder Manufacturing Plant). In this project, participants will take a walk while listening to explanations within the facility, with the cooperation of the U.S. military.
Note: We will walk for about 3 hours mainly on paved roads with elevation changes.

Eligibility

- Residents of the city (Applications from multiple individuals are limited to family members of the same household).
- Those who have Japanese nationality (please consult in advance if you do not have Japanese nationality).
- Those who have not participated in this project since the spring stroll of 2022.

Identification documents required for entry

You will need one of the following forms of identification for entry: 1 or 2 (must be within the validity period).

How to Apply and Application Deadline (Application acceptance has ended)
- You can apply using the application form or at the counter.
- The application deadline is March 28, 2025 (Friday).

Lottery Results
For this event, we receive applications from many more people than the capacity each time, and a lottery is held.
Those who have confirmed their participation will be contacted via email or other means about a month before the event date with details such as the meeting location.
(Please note that we will not contact those who were not selected.)
In addition, after clicking on the "Tama Service Subsidy Facility Selection Result Inquiry Page" below, you can enter the reception number starting with TS that was issued at the time of application to display the lottery results.
If it says 'Reception', your application is complete, but since it is before the lottery results, please wait until the announcement of the lottery results.
Note: The system will be unavailable due to maintenance from 10 PM on April 22, 2025 (Tuesday) to 5 AM on April 23, 2025 (Wednesday). We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

In case of application at the counter (Application acceptance has ended)
- Please prepare one form of identification (driver's license, passport, or My Number Card) and come to the counter at the 5th floor of Inagi City Hall, Policy and Planning Division.
- Staff at the counter will guide you on how to apply using the city's tablet devices or your own smartphone. (You can apply even if you do not have a smartphone.)
Important Notes (Counter Application)
- You need to fill in your registered domicile, so please check in advance before coming.
- If the identification documents used for entry are a driver's license or a passport, it is necessary to fill in the respective registration numbers (driver's license number, passport number).
- If you are applying as a family (same household), only the representative can apply, but information for all participants is required, including "name", "date of birth", "nationality", "registered domicile", and "registration number (if using a driver's license or passport for entry)".
Special Notes
- Cancellations or changes may occur due to weather conditions or the circumstances of the U.S. military.
- Identification is required for all participants on the day of the event (including family members). If you forget it, you will not be allowed to enter. If you are using a driver's license, a Certificate of Residence with your registered address is also required.
- We will send the email from the address "kikakuseisaku@city.inagi.lg.jp", so please set up your account to receive emails.
- There are no parking lots or bicycle parking.
