Urine tests can be conducted on other dates if your child is under 4 years old.
The health checkup for 3-year-olds should be received on the designated day, and the urine test can be conducted later (only on the day of the 3-year-old health checkup, limited to reception from 1:45 PM to 2:10 PM) at the Inagi City Health Center.
Please bring your urine sample, Maternal and Child Health Handbook, and Health Insurance Card.
