If you absolutely cannot make it on the designated day, please contact the Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center.
Health Checkup for Infants and Young Children (4-month-old, 1.5-year-old, and 3-year-old) is scheduled according to your child's age.
The eligible age range for receiving a Health Checkup is as follows.

1. Health Checkup for 4-Month-Olds: For Those Under 6 Months
2. Health Checkup for 1 year and 6 months old children: For those under 2 years old
3. Health Checkup for 3-Year-Olds: For Those Under 4 Years Old
