If you obtain approval from the municipality where you are returning home, you can receive it. Please submit the birth notification form (the QR code on the flyer or postcard) that was provided when you received the Maternal and Child Health Handbook, and contact the Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center.
Please note that depending on the place of return home, you may be required to bear actual costs based on the services provided, and there may be cases where newborn visits are not conducted. Thank you for your understanding.
