QuestionI have moved from another city. How should I receive the Infants and Young Children health check?

For children eligible for the Health Checkup for 3 to 4 month-olds, Dental Health Checkup for 1 year-olds, Health Checkup for 1 year and 6 month-olds, and Health Checkup for 3 year-olds conducted by the city, a notification for the health checkup is sent out in the month prior to the eligible month.
If there was no delivery for the eligible child, please contact the Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center.
