Please complete the procedure for the notification of moving out at the City Hall Citizen Affairs Division or at each Branch Office.
Note that the person who can make the notification is "the individual or the head of the household." When making the notification, please bring identification documents such as a driver's license or passport. If you are an agent, a power of attorney is also required. Additionally, those who have a My Number Card or the Basic Resident Registration Card can proceed with special procedures, so please refer to the page "What is the Basic Resident Registration Network System" or the page "Special Procedures for Moving In" for more details.
