QuestionPlease tell me how to request a copy of the Certificate of Residence by mail.

Response

Please enclose the following four items and send them to the Citizen Affairs Division.

  1. Mail Request Form
  2. Fees (Please exchange the amount for a fixed postal money order at the post office)
  3. Identification documents, etc. (Documents that can confirm the identity of the requester and the registered residence, such as a copy of the Basic Resident Registration Card with photo, driver's license, Health Insurance Card, etc.)
  4. Return envelope (Please write the address of the registered residence and the name of the requester, and affix a stamp)
