Reservations for construction consultation regarding public sewer facilities and drainage equipment installation

 In order to reduce the burden on everyone visiting the Sewerage Division at City Hall for construction consultations and to ensure smooth operation of the consultation window, we will trial the introduction of a reservation form for the consultation window.

 Please let us know your consultation details, reference materials, and preferred date and time for in-person consultation from the link below. If we determine that we can respond by phone or other means based on the consultation details, a staff member from the Sewerage Division will contact you. In that case, it is not necessary for you to come to the office.

 Due to changes in window service, starting from May of the 7th year of Reiwa, consultations regarding construction will be available on weekdays from 9 AM to noon. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation (except when the Sewerage Division specifies other times).

 You can make a reservation for dates after 3 business days from the reservation form, but if you have an unavoidable reason and wish to consult for an earlier date, please contact us by phone.

Application for Approval of Public Sewerage Facility Construction (Self-Funded Construction)

The period until approval usually takes about one week, but depending on the content, it may take more than a month, so please apply with ample time.

Note: The "Application Form for Approval of Public Sewer Facility Construction (Self-Funded Construction)" must be submitted printed on both sides.

Note: Please submit the following correction template for the manhole/connection pipe along with the above self-funded construction completion notification.

Application for Public Restroom Installation (Public Works)

If you are unsure about whether the public manhole extraction within your property is at your own expense or public expense, please prepare the relevant guide map, public ledger, and registered copy of the property, and consult with the Sewerage Division at the counter.
Please allow approximately 5 business days for us to provide information on self-funded and publicly funded options, so we recommend coming with some time to spare.

Sewerage work related to road occupation

If the work involves the occupation of a public road, please be sure to check "Regarding the Occupation of Public Roads" and submit the "Road Occupation Procedure Power of Attorney."

Note: The "Public Water Installation Application Form" must be submitted printed on both sides.

Application for Designated Sewerage Construction Shops

  • For new and renewal applications, as well as notifications of changes, we will review the submitted documents in advance to shorten the processing time at the counter.
  • For the procedure flow and necessary submission documents, please refer to the "Guidelines for Various Applications and Notifications for Designated Sewerage Construction Shops in Inagi City."

Application for Permission to Occupy Public Sewerage Facilities

Please be sure to check the "Installation Guidelines for Disposal Drainage Systems, etc." regarding the installation of disposers.
In Inagi City, only products certified based on the "Performance Standards for Disposal Drainage Systems for Sewers (Draft) (March 2013)" created by the Japan Sewerage Association can be newly installed.

Drainage Equipment Related

The Application Form for drainage facility planning confirmation (envelope type) is provided at the Sewerage Division counter according to the number of planned constructions.

For viewing the drainage facility completion drawings at the Sewerage Division, please use this Application Form and the power of attorney.

If you print the Public Sewer Use Start Notification Form on both sides, a table for multiple households and apartment water numbers will be printed on the back of the Public Sewer Use Start Notification Form. If there are two or more water meters (such as in apartment buildings or two-family houses), please fill out the table for multiple households and apartment water numbers for all meters located at the installation site.
