Tokyo Metropolitan Government, special wards, and 26 cities and 2 towns have collaboratively conducted surveys and studies on unstarted urban planning roads excluding priority development routes, and formulated a basic policy that presents verification methods for reviewing urban planning roads and response policies such as plan changes for individual routes.
The basic policy can be viewed on the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Urban Development website, the Citizens' Information Room (3rd floor, Main Government Building No. 1), and at the service counters of each ward, city, and town.
