Let's use courier services to send small electronic devices such as computers!

In the collection service for small electronic devices using courier delivery, if the small electronic devices to be collected include a computer, one box per collection is free of charge.
Regarding the computers to be packed, old or broken ones are also acceptable, so please feel free to use this service.

Collection of Small Electronic Devices by Home Delivery

We can collect over 400 items, mainly computers.
Note: For the nine types of small electronic devices currently collected free of charge by the city (mobile phones, PHS, cords, etc.), please continue to use the collection boxes installed at 11 Public Facilities and other locations within the city.

How to Use

1. You can apply through the website of Rinet Japan Recycling Co., Ltd., by phone (0570-085-800), or via the dedicated fax.
   • We only handle collections from individual customers.
   • Available 24 hours a day.
     Note: Dedicated fax forms are available below and at the City Hall Living Environment Division counter, so please use them.
2. 　Pack into cardboard boxes, etc.
   • If you do not have a box to pack, we can deliver a box in advance (for a fee).
   • You can pack as many items as long as the total length of the box's height, width, and depth is within 140cm and the weight is within 20kg.
3. The delivery service will collect from your home at the specified date and time.

Collection Fee (Fee revision effective from April 1, 2025)

• 1 box 1,848 yen (including tax)
• Free for one box per time if it includes a computer
